What is the NC State Entrepreneurship Clinic?

The NC State Entrepreneurship Clinic is a research-driven pilot outreach project of The Entrepreneurship Collaborative, an initiative of the NC State Poole College of Management. It brings NC State students in Poole College’s undergraduate and Jenkins MBA entrepreneurship courses together with entrepreneurs and new start-ups in a clinical setting, supporting the exchange of knowledge and providing practical learning experience for the students.

How will the NC State Entrepreneurship Clinic help my startup?

Led by Director Lewis Sheats, the NC State Entrepreneurship Clinic will have a group of students partner with the selected startup and help them with whatever tasks are needed. The students will develop a plan with the founders and execute that plan over the course of six months. Throughout the project, Lewis Sheats will be there to help, guide, and mentor the founders and the team of students.
